No, when you are enrolled in our Bill Pay program, you will not receive utility bills from your local utility. We will start to send you a monthly Arcadia Power statement instead. Check out our support article that explains the details of our Bill Pay process.
Not to worry, if you would like to see your utility bill at any time, you'll still have full access to your online utility account.
Evergreen members will still receive and pay their local utility bills directly and if you have separate bills for gas, water, or sewage, you will also receive those bills directly from the respective utility.
