When you receive your Arcadia Power statement, you have the opportunity to delay payment within the three day grace period before you are charged.
To do so you’ll need to:
- Email us at email@example.com with the subject line "Urgent: Delay Payment" from the email on file with your account
- Include the date you'd like your bill to process in the email
If you are calling or emailing the same day as a payment is set to withdraw, we may not be able to delay the payment.
Please also be advised that, as it can take up to two weeks for payments to be fully processed, any delayed payment made through our system may result in a late payment to your utility.
