We determine your bill date by the day that your utility issues your monthly bill. Our system is automated to send out your e-bill as soon as we receive those monthly charges from your utility. Your monthly automatic payment will always occur 3 days after the billing date.
This allows us enough time to receive your payment, process it, and send it to your utility company before the due date. We guarantee that any payment made through our platform will post to your utility account on or before the due date.
You can always contact us during the 3 day grace period if you need us to delay or cancel a payment. Check out this support article on how to delay your payment.
